Last Saturday was leg day and this Saturday was arm day.
The weights that we brought have certainly been worth their weight in gold. Using these weights is noticeable and after the workouts, you really feel it. My arms felt like jelly and I could almost feel the muscles shaking under the skin.
Both of us are really enjoying the workouts and at the weekend go out and about to get in some walking, as if I don’t do enough in the week. Walking is great for the mental health and also to stay fit and agile as life begins to fly past us, or just getting older!
Today, (Sunday) was a really windy and extremely wet day and so a walk was not on the cards, but we did walk yesterday in an unbelievably very warm day. The weekend was split into so many weathers!
