A few years ago we brought a bread maker (back in the days when they were more in use).
We thought we had actually thrown it away a couple of years ago when we had a good tidy up. We did this when Covid first called and we were locked down s=for some time. I am sure we were not alone in clearing out different things, as not much else anyone could really do at that time.
With shops running low on various things, although bread seems to be on the shelves not matter what, but, at some point this may change. Just before Christmas we located our bread maker. This would come in handy and so we started to use it again. The problem was we could not find the manual for it. That was strange as we had the bread maker, so not sure why we threw the manual away.
Thank goodness for the internet and we were lucky enough to find the one for ours.
Brought flour and yeast and made some bread. The smell whilst it is baking is so nice, although not if you are hungry! The loaves are small, but, for us its fine.
We have some made loaves, focaccia dough and sultana bread so far. It is just a case of making sure that we have the flour and the yeast in stock should we need them.
Smile and have a great day 🙂
