Puzzles

Now that our clocks have changed and it is going to get darker earlier in the evenings and therefore cooler, it is time to get my puzzles out. They are just one of my hobbies!

Doing puzzles is a great way for me to relax, especially when the weather is not so great. It does not matter how many pieces they have, it still challenges me. The more pieces the better.

A friend of mine sent me a plain box with some wooden pieces inside and wrote to me to say that the puzzle has no picture to look at but that it is animals. Apparently some years ago you could buy some like this. The box just had what it was, i.e.: flowers, buildings, etc. That was a challenge and well worth it at the end.

I have also done a round puzzle which was awesome. The puzzle pieces very different from the usual shapes which was cool. The picture was one of a chalet in the mountains and a forest below.

There are a variety to do in so many categories, sizes, puzzle pieces etc. Hubby and I brought a grand-father cloth puzzle for his parents one Christmas. Once it was finished, they mounted it onto a piece of plywood, cut it out and hung it on the wall.

Smile and have a great day 🙂
