Hey everyone
I love trying new recipes for meals to eat and also looking in the fridge, freezer and the cupboards and, if you like, just throwing some ingredients together in a pan. Most of the time they are tasty. It is surprising what foods actually go together well.
My tins of tuna, mushrooms, onions and peas with rice tastes so good, it is almost like a kedgeree but with no eggs, not much of a fan of hard boiled eggs.
I have only made one smoothie that didn’t taste so good. You know the green coloured juices/smoothies? I made one up for my lunch last week and I thought I would put s little bit of spinach in it, as it is really good for you. I do really love spinach raw, in salads and in stir fries, but not in a smoothie.
